循环海洋生物产业研究中心（CMBRI）是鹭江实验室实现技术产业转化的核心支柱，专注解决海洋产业“增产不增值”的瓶颈。平台以海参、海藻、大藻、鲍鱼、牡蛎、大黄鱼等福建六大优势资源为核心，重构“育种—养殖—加工—循环”全价值链，推行“链长+项目经理负责制”。目标在5-10年内打造“福海”品牌产业集群，通过产业化示范线实现增值增效，并孵化高技术海洋生物企业。

The Circular Marine Bio-industry Research Center (CMBRI) serves as the core pillar for technology industrialization at Fujian-OI, focusing on addressing the bottleneck in the marine industry where "increased production fails to return the economic value". Centered on six advantageous marine biological resources of Fujian—sea cucumber, microalgae, seaweed, abalone, oyster, and yellow croaker—the platform reconstructs the entire value chain from "breeding and aquaculture to processing and recycling," implementing a "Chain Leader + Project Manager Accountability System." The goal is to establish a "Fu-Hai" branded industrial cluster within 5–10 years, achieving value and efficiency gains through industrial demonstration lines and incubating high-tech marine biotechnology enterprises.
